Our Mom has always said: NO RISK, NO MAGIC. It’s her motto. It’s how she moved from America to Australia 20 years ago with nothing but a dream. It’s how she started her spray tanning business, The Sorority, with zero beauty background. She asks the questions. She takes the risk. She challenges the norm.

And she taught us to do the same.

When we wanted Freddie, our Cavoodle, we didn’t just wish for it. We took a risk. We made a poster, packed 100 packs of Ribbonties, and knocked on doors of a lot of people we didn’t even know. It took courage to ask strangers for help. But we did it anyway. People even gave us donations to support our dream. 

The second house we knocked on was one of our Mum’s clients. She knew someone rehoming a Cavoodle. Two days later, we met Freddie. A week later, he was ours.

Because magic doesn’t happen in your comfort zone. It happens when you take the risk.
